SUMMARY:YVR & 5 Boroughs CA Meeting and BBQ
DESCRIPTION:All are welcome at this free public event in East Vancouver. Our Party Leaders\, Keith MacIntyre and Sandra Filosof-Schipper will be in attendance. \nThis will be an All Constituents Meeting for the YVR (Vancouver\, Richmond\, North Van) and 5 Boroughs (Burnaby\, New West\, the tri-cities) Constituency Associations. The main point of business will be to elect 3 new Executives (President\, VP and Treasurer) for each CA. We’ll also discuss how the two CA’s can better share leadership resources. \nWe’ll follow this with a BBQ\, so please bring some drinks\, and a lawn chair or picnic blanket. We’ll have a BBQ and someone to do the grilling\, so bring whatever you’d like to grill\, or sandwiches or whatever else you’d like. SUMMARY:1st Annual Delta-Surrey-Langley Libertarian BBQ
DESCRIPTION:The Delta-Surrey-Langley constituency association of the BC Libertarian Party is hosting a BBQ Saturday\, July 24\, from 3-6 p.m.\nThis is open to ALL members and their families.\n\nWhat better than to spend an afternoon indulging and imbibing with fellow libertarians! You’ll also get a chance to meet the recently elected Leader of the BC Libertarian Party Leader Keith MacIntyre.\n\nIt’s being held at City Park in Langley. We’ve rented a shelter so there’ll be a place to sit and grill. We’ll provide some juicy hot dogs\, but feel free to bring anything you want to grill\, whether it be a T-bone steak or a plant-based burger.\n\nAlcohol is permitted (gee\, thanks government for treating us like adults!) so BYOB. Bring your spouses and kids too!\n\nCity Park also has a children’s waterpark and dinosaur-themed playground for families with little liberty lovers\, among other amenities.\nParking is accessed through the lane at the 4900 block of 205A St.\n\nPlease RSVP to this Facebook event page or email alex.joehl@libertarian.bc.ca
