Rally to Get Nanaimo Moving!

Governments around the world are increasingly out-of-touch with ordinary folks. Crippling taxes and controlling regulations have prompted tens of thousands to fight back against these forces. This is a movement for the average Joe and Jane, the people who keep society moving by getting down to work every day. The government no longer speaks for these honest workers.

Citizens of Nanaimo – The Hub City – are struggling to pay growing carbon and fuel taxes, the most expensive insurance premiums in the country, and fighting for the basic right to get around their city with ridesharing.

On Saturday, January 12th the BC Libertarian Party (BCLP) invites you to join Nanaimo MLA Candidate Bill Walker, BCLP Leader Don Wilson, and BCLP Deputy Leader Bill Morrisson to stand in solidarity with those around the world – and in Nanaimo – protesting these policies that are making life impossible for the ordinary man and woman.
